Body as Field of Power and Potential
The body understood not as a fixed object but as a site where power and possibility meet.

1.1 The Body Beyond Biology

Affect and Sensation
Affect as the pre-personal intensity that moves through and between bodies.

Identity versus Becoming
A contrast between fixed identity and the ongoing process of becoming.

Assemblages and Collective Life
How persons, things, and institutions combine into functioning assemblages.

Nomadic Subjectivity
A model of the self that moves, resists fixed positions, and thinks from the margins.

Minoritarian Politics
Politics that works from minority positions and through becoming rather than majority norms.

Control, Media, and Subjective Mutation
How contemporary media and control reshape subjectivity itself.

Ethnographic Concept Map
A synthesising exercise mapping the course’s concepts onto an ethnographic setting.
