Technical handover for developer/Codex to make the School fully functional. All content is currently draft; nothing is published, priced, or enrollment-enabled.

Custom Post Types to register

  • School, Program, Learning Pathway, Policy Resource, Governance Resource, Policy Case, Governance Case, Policy Lab, Policy Clinic, Public-Sector Tool, Certificate, Masterclass, Executive Briefing, Regulatory Record.
  • (Currently implemented using WordPress Pages under hub 1011 + Tutor LMS courses; migrate to CPTs if desired without deleting existing content.)

Taxonomies to register

  • School, Program Type, Policy Domain, Governance Level, Jurisdiction, Country, Region, Institution Type, Course Level, Delivery Mode, Language, Course Status, Evidence Status, Legal Review Status, Current Data Status, Certificate Type.

Tutor LMS

8 Group A courses have topics + knowledge-first lessons (IDs below). Add quizzes, assignments, prerequisites, and certificate templates. Field names for admin-ajax: tutor_save_topic uses {course_id,title,summary}; tutor_save_lesson uses {course_id,topic_id,title,description}. Nonce key: _tutor_nonce.

Certificates

Implement certificate number format KBA13-PPG---, a public verification URL, and QR-code generation. Map each certificate to required courses/lessons/quizzes/project + acknowledgements (public-interest, non-partisan, responsible-AI).

WooCommerce ↔ Tutor mapping

Create draft products per paid course/certificate; link product → Tutor course enrollment; PayPal auto-enroll on confirmed payment; manual bank transfer = On Hold until admin approval. DO NOT set prices (Owner Approval Required) or activate payment without owner sign-off.

Student dashboard

Connect prototype Student Experience page (1025) widgets to Tutor progress, WooCommerce orders, saved readings, certificates, clinic schedule, and announcements.

Registries pending real data

  • KBA13 Aceh Source Registry (1165): populate from verified corpus only.
  • Policy Case Repository (1161): populate labeled cases.
  • All Indonesia/Aceh legal & fiscal facts: VERIFICATION REQUIRED before publish.

Resource Hub file assets

75 resources have instructional guidance (page 1162). Produce downloadable template files (docx/xlsx/pdf) to attach; no empty download buttons.

Do-not-do without owner approval

  • Set prices or activate payment/enrollment.
  • Publish any page/course (all remain draft).
  • Publish to kba13.com.
  • Assign real instructors (currently INSTRUCTOR PENDING OWNER CONFIRMATION).
  • Publish unverified legal/fiscal/Aceh content.
