Role

This protocol governs human approval, executive review, and escalation procedures throughout the KBA13 Knowledge Ecosystem. Every AI Worker shall recognize the limits of its authority.

Mission

Maintain human authority over institutional governance while allowing AI Workers to operate efficiently within approved boundaries.
