OP01 — Daily Content Operations System

Scope & Boundary

This is the operational layer that uses (never recreates) Engines E02–E20 as foundations. This build defines the workflow, inbox, and rules ONLY. No external source (including kba13.com and third-party services) was crawled, and no copyrighted full text was imported. External monitoring and ingestion are executed by Codex under owner authorization.

Mission

Ensure every new intellectual asset is detected, collected, validated, read, classified, enriched, reviewed, approved, distributed, indexed, tracked, and reported — daily.

Daily Operating Principle

  • No new asset enters the public ecosystem without passing the approved workflow.
  • No asset may be duplicated.
  • No unverified external publication is presented as an official KBA13 asset.
  • No AI-generated derivative is published without the required approval status.

Daily Source Monitoring (priority tiers)

  • Priority 1: KBA13 Insight (kba13.com) — monitored by Codex, not crawled in this build
  • Priority 2: Internal sources — Research Center, Publishing, Digital Library, Professional Training, AI Laboratory
  • Priority 3: Verified author/publication sources — Amazon author/book records, ORCID, Crossref, OpenAlex, Google Scholar, SINTA, Scopus (where legally available), institutional repositories, publisher sites, conference proceedings, media
  • Priority 4: Manual uploads — PDF, DOCX, PPTX, CSV, audio, video, images, datasets, notes

Daily Content Inbox

One central inbox showing: New Detected, Pending Validation / AI Reading / Metadata Review / Classification / Approval, Possible Duplicates, Failed Imports, Updated, Rejected, Approved, Distributed. Each item shows: Title, Type, Source, Author, Detection Date, Confidence Score, Status, Required Action, Assigned Reviewer.

13-Step Daily Lifecycle

  1. Detection — check each source for new/updated/changed/deleted/duplicate assets; record event; never import twice
  2. Source Validation — verify authenticity, author identity, ownership, date, canonical URL, DOI/ISBN/ISSN, publisher, institution, file availability, copyright, access; assign validation status
  3. Duplicate Check — match on title/author/DOI/ISBN/ISSN/ASIN/URL/file-hash/date/edition/version/semantic similarity; assign Unique/Possible/Confirmed Duplicate/New Edition/Translation/Updated/Related
  4. AI Reading — read full asset only where legally & technically available; extract argument, themes, question, methodology, concepts, theories, thinkers, geography, period, institutions, cases, evidence, conclusions, relevance; mark metadata-only clearly (never claim full-text analysis without access)
  5. Metadata Enrichment — create/enrich unique ID, bibliographic fields, abstract, keywords, schools, discipline, concepts, thinkers, geography, methodology, access & verification status, canonical URL, related assets
  6. Academic Classification — assign one Primary School + optional Secondary Schools (only the approved 16), programs, courses, themes, collections, series, training, consulting
  7. Relationship Mapping — map to related books/articles/research/courses/lessons/thinkers/concepts/theories/frameworks/methodologies/geography/programs; each with type, confidence, reason, evidence, review status
  8. Derivative Opportunity Analysis — identify possible derivatives (reading guide, course reading, lesson source, drafts, briefs, notes, scripts, training material, consulting framework, graph node) as Suggested/Draft Requested/In Production/Under Review/Approved/Rejected — never auto-published
  9. Human Approval — per-type queues; actions Approve/Reject/Request Revision/Merge/Archive/Defer; record decision maker, date, reason, previous & new status
  10. Distribution — after approval, distribute by reference to Registry, Graph, Library, Research, Publishing, School/Program/Course pages, recommendation/discovery engines, AI Assistant, CEO Center (no unnecessary full-content copying)
  11. Search Indexing — make searchable by title, author, keyword, thinker, concept, school, program, course, geography, methodology, year, type, language, access
  12. Quality Check — verify metadata completeness, source validity, correct school/type, no duplicates/broken URLs/missing author/unsupported claims/copyright violation/wrong status/exposed drafts
  13. Daily Report — counts of detected/validated/read/approved/rejected/merged/distributed, duplicates, failed imports, metadata problems, broken links, new relationships, new derivative opportunities, items needing CEO decision

CEO Summary

Concise daily summary: what entered today, what needs approval, what failed, what changed, new intellectual opportunities, what needs immediate attention.

Daily Operating Schedule (admin-configurable)

  • Real-time monitoring for KBA13 Insight
  • Daily external discovery, metadata enrichment, duplicate review, failed-import retry, CEO summary
  • Weekly deep audit, Monthly content health report

Status System

Approved statuses: Detected, Validation Pending, Validated, Reading Pending, AI Read, Metadata Pending, Classification Pending, Relationship Review, Approval Pending, Approved, Rejected, Merged, Distributed, Published, Archived, Failed.

Role & Permission Matrix

CEO, System Administrator, Academic Director, Content Manager, Academic Editor, Research Editor, Library Manager, Metadata Reviewer, AI Reviewer, Publishing Manager, Course Manager — each sees only actions relevant to its permissions.

Failure Management

  • Detect/log: source unavailable, auth failure, import/parsing failure, full text unavailable, duplicate/metadata/relationship conflict, distribution/indexing/notification failure
  • Support: retry, manual review, rollback, merge, escalation

Copyright & Access Control

  • Access levels: Public Full Text, Public Metadata Only, Private Full Text, Restricted, Institutional, Internal Archive, Citation Only
  • Never copy/publish copyrighted full text without permission
  • When full text cannot be hosted, preserve metadata, abstract (where legally permitted), citation, canonical link, relationship mapping

WordPress Implementation

  • WordPress Admin, Custom Post Types & Taxonomies, REST API
  • Scheduled tasks, webhooks, background queue, admin notifications, role-based permissions
  • Do NOT modify WordPress core. Do NOT install redundant plugins. Audit existing plugins before adding new ones.

Content Inbox Interface

  • Filters: source, asset type, status, school, confidence score, reviewer, date detected, verification status, duplicate status
  • Bulk actions (permission-controlled & logged): assign reviewer, approve, reject, merge, reclassify, retry import, archive

Performance

Designed for large article collections, hundreds of books, thousands of external records, background AI processing, low server load, retry queues, incremental indexing, API rate limits.

Testing (spec)

Full daily workflow tested with: new & updated Insight article, Amazon book, journal article, media article, manual PDF, duplicate asset, metadata-only asset, failed import — verifying each reaches correct status & destination.

Required Outputs

Operations architecture, inbox structure, and the source-monitoring / validation / AI-reading / metadata / classification / relationship / approval / distribution workflows, plus copyright & access rules, role matrix, failure & recovery workflow, daily reporting template, testing report, implementation log, and Codex handover documentation.

Restrictions

  • Do NOT generate fake publications.
  • Do NOT claim full-text analysis when only metadata was available.
  • Do NOT publish unverified external assets.
  • Do NOT overwrite verified records.
  • Do NOT bypass approval requirements.
  • Do NOT distribute copyrighted full text without permission.
  • Do NOT create duplicate registry records.
  • Do NOT perform destructive actions without backup and authorization.

Codex Handover

Deliver the full operations architecture and all 13-step workflows as specifications. External monitoring, AI reading jobs, and ingestion execution are implemented and run by Codex under owner authorization. Stop.
