Stage 01 of 06
Question
Define a precise, significant and answerable research question.
A transparent six-stage process
Stage 01
Question
Every study begins by stating its question clearly: what is being asked, why it matters, for whom, and what kind of answer is possible. A good question sets the scope and prevents both overreach and triviality.
Methods vary by project, but every approved study must make its question, evidence, analysis, limitations and review pathway clear. This stage is documented in the study so that readers and reviewers can follow the reasoning from start to finish.
